Knicks Host the Clippers in The First of a 2 Game LA Streak

Tonight at the Garden the New York Knicks will be hosting The Los Angeles Clippers.

The Clippers currently sit at 19-32, but don’t let that record fool you. They are one of the most exciting teams in the league; mainly due to rookie sensation Blake Griffin.

Last time these two teams played, the Knicks took the win 124-115 on the back of Amar’e Stoudemire’s 39 points and 11 rebounds. Blake Griffin was able to match Amare and put up 44 points and 15 rebounds.

He put on a show.

The Knick will be without Ronny Turiaf.

The Clippers will be without Eric Gordon and Chris Kaman.

The absence of Gordon will definitly help the Knicks out, but they still have a handful to deal with. Blake Griffin is quickly bcoming one of the best players in the league.

If the Knicks are able to control Griffin, it should be a relatively easy game for the Knicks.

Tonight is a big game.

The Knicks have a tough stretch ahead of them before the All-Star break and a win tonight will push them in the right direction.
