Knicks at Heat: An All-Star Lineup

Tonight the New York Knicks will face off against the Miami Heat.

This is the first game that the Knicks have Carmelo Anthony against the superstar trio in Miami.

Anthony gives the Knicks another lights-out scorer, but will he and Amar’e Stoudemire be enough to overcome Miami’s LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh?

The Knicks have beaten the Heat once this season, and that win came at Madison Square Garden.

Although Anthony and new Knicks starting point guard Chauncey Billups are not fully acclimated to Coach Mike D’Antoni’s system, this should still be an interesting game to watch.

Tonight we will find out just how close the Knicks are to the Heat’s level, and if the addition of Anthony makes the Knicks a legitimate threat to other elite teams in the Eastern Conference and around the NBA.

I hope that the Knicks can surprise some people tonight and get the job done.

Go Knicks!
