New York Nuggets vs. Denver Knicks

It will be the first time that Melo has returned to Denver since the trade two seasons ago. As J.R. Smith reminded us through Instagram, it will also be a trip down memory lane for several others.

On the Nuggets’ side, Corey Brewer, Wilson Chandler, Danilo Gallinari, Timofey Mozgov and Anthony Randolph will all be reminded of their time in New York.

    Well this should be perfect timing for Melo and his redemption tour I
    guess, what with his ailing knees and Denver being the fastest place to
    play in the NBA, lol! I don’t have any Melo-hate per se, I know it was a mutual business decision that worked out well for both teams,
    but it’s night and day watching the Nuggies now, and their quick style
    of play, unselfish distribution and team-oriented basketball is SO much
    more fun to watch than Melo in isolation all the time. I won’t get to
    see the first half during my shift at DISH, but when I’m done at work
    I’ll flip the game on live, on my iPad, for the bus ride home. I got
    the DISH Anywhere app (Android devices too), and can take all my live TV
    and DVR with me on-the-go! This should be a fun game to watch either
    way, but I just can’t see Melo making it through the whole game with the
    speed he’ll need to be competitive.
