This afternoon, the New York Knicks visited the Los Angeles Lakers in a Christmas Day matinee. Unfortunately, the Knicks were issued their eighth loss of the year, while the Lakers improve to .500.
Well, despite being behind throughout, the New York Knicks were able to defeat the Minnesota Timberwolves by three, 94-91, and improved to 20-7 on the year. They finished their six-game home stand with four wins, and will head to Los Angeles, Phoenix and then Sacramento, before returning back home.
The Bulls defeated the Knicks by four, 110-106, in a game that certainly was not as close as the score indicated. Carmelo Anthony led the Knicks with 29 points and Luol Deng led the Bulls with 29 points, as well.
