Knox is shooting 42.5 percent on shots detailed as “floating” per NBA Stats. He has scored 11-of-20 on “floating jump shot”—by far the greatest sample size and best shooting performance.
Since being re-inserted into head coach David Fizdale’s starting lineup, Kevin Knox has averaged 17.9 points, 5.2 rebounds, and 1.1 assists on 41.1 percent shooting from the floor, 38.1 percent from three, and 67.6 percent from the free-throw line.
Additionally, Knox has made 52 three-pointers on the year—trailing only Luka Doncic, Landry Shamet, and Kevin Huerter on the rookie leaderboard.
